About Mount Olive OBT
Mount Olive outbound training provider for leadership development since 2014 and has been successfully in the wide range for past 10 years. The best OUTBOUND TRAINING for diverse audience, which enhances and hones them in various skills. By using outdoor as a class room we provide opportunities of discovery, team building, commitments, mutual trust, personal growth & self–confident. A serene place & spectacular 5 acres land in Othivakkam, Near Vandalur Zoo, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India with excellent infra structural facilities. Our campus is a natural and ideal place under a mountain with the lake on one side is a real feast for the eyes.
Our Objective
This outbound training program is aimed at helping participants understand critical elements of LEADERSHIP and TEAM BUILDING. These qualities are more effectively developed in an experiential setting than through classroom training. Out Bound Training (OBT) consists of a wide variety of activities, both physically and mentally challenging. Team dynamics like communication, problem solving, decision-making and managing change come into focus during these periods.
Credentials
Completed more than 226 batches of OBT. Trainers are from HR & Indian Army background with their rich experience from Multi-National and Indian companies can handle the debriefing sessions effectively. The participants are well trained by well-experienced HR Professional, well -trained and well- experienced ex-armed force personnel. This combination of armed force experience and HR experienced personnel are unique through MOUNT OLIVE OBT.
TRAINER PROFILE
Santiago has worked in CRPF prior to HR where he has undergone 12months defence’s paramilitary training and was engaged in counter terrorism during 1987-89, black thunder operation in Punjab. Worked in HR & Training in Hindustan Lever, Kone Elevator, TI Diamond Chain, TI Cycles and Ambadi group companies of Murugappa group between 1991-2000. Since 2001 he has established his own venture “ISEO SYSTEM Pvt. Ltd”, which has been involved in Training, Recruitment and staffing. This is also an ERA Award Winning Company. In the year of 2014, Santiago established Mount Olive Out-bound Training Centre. With a team of trainers with an average training experience of 25 years Mt. Olive OBT hosts leadership and Team building workshop in its 5-acre premise. He holds a HR Post graduate degree from LOYOLA COLLEGE, Chennai-1991; B.L from Madras Law College, 1994; and PGDBM from LIBA, 1997. He has completed Post graduate in Senior Leadership Development course in XLRI in 2022. He has been involved in ISABS Process training (Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science) since 1998 and has been trained by Dale Carnegie institute’s “Train the trainer”. He has been trained by Dr. Udai Pareek who is considered as father of HRD senior faculty of IIM Ahmedabad, on Team Building. He was a participant of Indian delegates to USA for SHRM conference in Las Vegas in 2010. They have completed training for more than 226 batches so far. He had received ASIA HRD award 2024 for his marvellous contribution toward the Human Resource Development in the society.
